Volunteer Information
PARENTS MUST COMPLETE A MINIMUM OF 20 VOLUNTEER HOURS

Below are some of the Volunteer Opportunities for Parents.  If you are interested, please complete the volunteer
application form and return it to Oakland Avenue Charter School Administration.


Volunteer Opportunities include:

  • School Day Activities
Assist in the Cafeteria                     Hours Available: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM  or 10:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Assist with Kiss and Go                Hours Available: 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM  or   2:45 PM – 3:30 PM

  • Administration
Help to stuff envelopes for parent mail outs
Putting books away in the media center

  • Keeping the Campus Clean
Wipe down student desk, study tables, room computers
Clean windows
Weeding
Spruce up the grounds and walkways, pick up litter or trash
Dusting books and shelves in Media Center

  • Donations
Supplies, (pencils, erasers, ink pens, crayons, paper, books, rulers, things that children might need for school).

Your ideas.  We are interested in any ideas or suggestions you have about making our school better!!!
